Participation Guidelines

-The research must be within one of the scope of the conference’s themes and meets the standards of solid scientific research.

-The research must be characterized by a scientific and academic methodology, language accuracy, and style quality.

-It should neither be previously published nor submitted for publication in any scientific journal or presented in any conference.

-Send a copy of the brief CV with a recent, high-resolution personal photo to all researchers participating in the conference.

-The research writing language is English only, and must be submitted according to the specified deadlines.

-The accepted researches will be published in Journal of Narrative and Language Studies listed under Scopus. All researches are subject to the terms and rules of publication of the above journal.

– The entire research is subject to an electronic abstraction program (Turnitin), and the percentage of abstraction must not exceed 20% and AI must not exceed 5%.

– The research is subject to the evaluation process by the scientific committee of the journal, and the conference administration has nothing to do with the reevaluation of the article if it is rejected.

– The complete research, including references, appendixes and bibliography should be at most 20 pages A4 size.

– The research must be written in Word format, and the font type is Time New Roman, with size12 in the body and 10 in the margin.

– Attending the conference is free.

– Publication fees amounting to ($300) must be paid for research accepted at the conference, including publishing fees, hospitality, and the conference bag.

– For those who intend to reside, they can contact the conference rapporteur to facilitate the procedures.

-Registration should be done electronically and the abstract and research are submitted via the registration form announced at the conference website:
